Nizam Rabby: Bangladesh/ by black dog bone

Firstly I would like to beg pardon for my bad English haha and thank murder dog for the interview.

basically the music i do is a detailed image of the society i breath in. my lyrics speaks about the regular problems we face, the problem we want to be solved soon but what actually never happens or like sometime happens too! so, i do sarcasms on those serious issues to make it a bit interesting/ entertaining to the people who suffers, who survives. and i fit in everywhere hahaa trust me !

yes, there are a lot of hiphop artists over here in Bangladesh. some of them are very talented and unique.

to be honest, there are some crew, some artists who have different styles , unique local flow but most rappers got the same patterns or like flow , like they get inspired from some senior artists and does same stuff. i love hiphop. i love old school hiphop alot but i like some of them new artists too. i mostly hop on Bone thugs, Nas, Wu-tang, public enemy, Rakim, Eminem, Yelawolf, A$AP rocky, kendrick , cole end a lot more haha, the list goes on and on and on !

There were some dope ass groups like Stoic Bliss, Deshi MC's, T.O.D, T.OR, B.B.C, R.I.S, High Rollers. some of the artists and groups are not associated with the scene anymore. there are groups like Uptown lokolz, The stunnerz, Jalali set, Rajotto, V.O.V, Green coast, Northside youngsters, Smoke show, Royal Bengal Mob, FHH, GHH, CHH, THH, CT Unit and alot of other groups are still blessing people with good music. beside of groups, there are a lot of solo artists like GSIFZ, CDL, A.B.D!

Most of the rappers spit in Bangla, our very own language. but there are some dope ass artists who likes to do it in English and they are really sharp at that!

The pioneer of Bangladeshi hip hop was Ashraf Babu in 1992. But that time hip hop was very unpopular. He was the only Bengali rap artist of the 1990s. His actual genre was pop rap. His greatest hit tracks were Tin Konkal and 31st Night. But his rap patterns were very different from the modern rap patterns.

Modern hip hop first took root in Bangladesh during the early 2000s with the introduction of American television and the distribution of hip hop music within CD shops. Online social mediums such as Facebook and My space. also played a heavy role in bringing various underground Bangladeshi rappers together in sharing their music. Early hip-hop was not led by corporate interests, but rather was largely ignored by major record labels. Now there are numerous rappers and hip-hop crews in Bangladesh as well outsider the country. Stoic Bliss was the first ever Hip-Hop crew to release an album from a major record level of Bangladesh. Then, back in 2006, Deshi MC's released their first rap album and it was the second rap album from Bangladesh. It was a huge success in Bangladesh.
